Terms of Service
Darooh LLC, a Delaware limited liability company headquartered in Virginia. Personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, not here.
Acceptance
Using darooh.net or the Darooh portal means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
These terms apply to visitors, distilleries, brands, distributors, wholesale and retail customers, and other partners.
Eligibility
You must be an adult of legal drinking age, 21 or older in the United States. If you use the services for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for your sign-in and for activity under your account. Email hello@darooh.net if you think someone else is using it.
Information you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, including regulatory, label, and formula data.
You grant Darooh a license to use that information to provide the services and to file with government agencies when you ask us to.
Separate agreements
A supply, import, distribution, or purchase agreement you sign with Darooh governs that relationship. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
Alcohol
The site does not sell alcohol except as the law allows, through licensed parties. Availability varies by state.
Advisory tools
Software that reviews formulas or labels is advisory. Government agencies decide approvals. Darooh does not guarantee approval or timing.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, submit false regulatory information, interfere with the site, or access an account that is not yours.
Intellectual property
Darooh owns the site, the software, and the Darooh name and marks. You keep ownership of material you submit, subject to the license above.
Third-party services and links
We use providers to host the site, store accounts and files, send email, and measure visits. A link to another site is outside these terms.
Disclaimers
The services are provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Darooh disclaims warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Darooh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits.
Total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid Darooh for that service in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.
This limit does not apply where the law forbids it.
Indemnity
You will defend and hold Darooh harmless from claims arising from your submissions, your products, or your misuse of the services.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. Sections that should survive, including liability limits and indemnity, still apply.
Governing law
Virginia law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you a right to sue somewhere else.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the update.
