A shared cultural language.

The husband-and-wife founders launched Desi Daru in 2023. Their Alphonso Mango Vodka uses mangoes sourced from Ratnagiri, paired with an English wheat vodka distilled in a custom-built column still. The central idea is not a borrowed flavor profile, but a direct collision of the founders' two homes.
