Born from the speakeasy, perfected in Goa.
In December 2020, Tarang Doshi left behind a successful tech product career in Mumbai, moved to Goa, and founded Pilcrow Spirits. His mission was refreshingly direct: dismantle the snobbery surrounding craft spirits and create modern, extraordinarily drinkable spirits. He launched 'Terry Sent Me!' Gin—an homage to the secret speakeasy passwords of 1930s American prohibition, when whispered phrases opened secret doors to uninhibited cocktail culture. Distilled in small copper pot stills, it pairs bright Indian citrus oils with warm spices, winning Silver at the prestigious International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC).
