Handcrafted in Goa, Nisaki was created by tech and strategy veterans Sanchit Agarwal, Nidhi Kedia, and Akhilesh Rajan to inject theatrical wonder into premium spirits. Using wild blue butterfly pea flowers, Nisaki undergoes an all-natural anthocyanin color shift from deep royal indigo to delicate purple-pink upon contact with citrus juice or tonic water. Triple-distilled with 16 botanicals, it balances playful showmanship with serious distilling credentials.
